Welcome to Aleena Wedding Planner & Caterers terms & Conditions (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We are located at H. 12‑1‑669/7, Bus Stop, near Shanti Nagar, Lalaguda, Malkajgiri, Secunderabad, Telangana 500017, India. By using aleenacaterers.in, contacting us through WhatsApp, phone, email, or booking any of our wedding planning and catering services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or Services.
1. Definitions
For clarity in these Terms:
“Platform” refers to the Aleena Caterers website (aleenacaterers.in).
“Client,” “You,” or “Your” refers to the person or entity using our Website or booking our Services.
“Services” include all catering, event planning, decoration, photography, videography, DJ services, venue arrangement, transportation, and other event‑related services we provide.
2. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Services Overview
Aleena Wedding Planner & Caterers provides professional services, including:
Wedding catering (Hindu, Muslim, Christian & community celebrations)
Event planning and coordination (engagements, receptions, corporate events)
Veg and Non‑Veg catering from a 100% Halal certified kitchen
Buffet setups, live food counters, traditional service arrangements
Event decoration, photography, videography, DJ and lighting
Venue arrangement and transportation
Coverage in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Maharashtra serving 50+ cities across South India.
4. Booking & Confirmation
4.1 Enquiry & Quotation
Clients may send enquiries through the website, WhatsApp (+91 86866 46021), phone call, or email (rehman@aleenacaterers.com). After receiving event details (type, date, guest count, venue, menu), we provide a customized quotation.
4.2 Booking Confirmation
A booking becomes confirmed only when the agreed advance payment is received. Without this payment, your date cannot be guaranteed. We allocate event dates on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
4.3 Event Details
Clients must provide accurate details (guest count, menu, venue address) at least 7 days before the event. Changes requested later may incur extra charges if available.
5. Payment & Pricing
5.1 Pricing
Quoted prices depend on the details provided at enquiry. Price changes may occur due to menu updates, guest count changes, or additional services requested.
5.2 Payment Terms
Clients agree to:
Pay the advance amount to confirm booking.
Settle the remaining balance at least 3 days before the event unless otherwise agreed.
Accept payment via bank transfer, UPI, cash, or other agreed means.
5.3 Additional Charges
Any changes after confirmation — like additional guests, extended service time, or last‑minute menus — will be billed separately.
6. Refund Policy
All payments made to Aleena Wedding Planner & Caterers are final and non‑refundable. By making a payment, you acknowledge and accept our no‑refund policy.
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide complete and accurate event information.
Ensure venue access, power, water, and other basic requirements are available.
Secure all necessary event permits.
Communicate food allergies or dietary needs in advance.
Pay as per the agreed schedule.
Not interfere or obstruct our staff during service.
8. Food Quality & Safety
We maintain the highest food safety standards in our Halal certified kitchen, using fresh ingredients and separate veg/non‑veg areas. We accommodate dietary needs (Jain, Vegan, no onion/garlic) when communicated in advance. We are not liable for undisclosed allergens.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, images, logos, menus, graphics) is owned by Aleena Wedding Planner & Caterers. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of this content without written permission.
10. Termination
We may refuse service, cancel bookings, or terminate contracts if a client violates these Terms, behaves unlawfully, or mistreats our staff.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Delays due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, government restrictions, force majeure)
Damage caused by third parties or event guests
Venue facility issues
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific event.
12. Indemnity
You agree to hold us harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our Services, breach of Terms, or actions by your guests.
13. Third‑Party Services
When third‑party vendors (photographers, decorators, DJs) are engaged, we act as facilitator only. We do our best to ensure quality but are not liable for their independent actions.
14. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform if it results from events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government orders).
15. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
16. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted online. Continued use of our Website or Services means acceptance of new Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
18. Dispute Resolution
Disputes should first be addressed amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in Hyderabad, India.
